This new build came with an inground pool and a hot tub, so the electrical had to be planned around both from the start. We wired the home and every piece of pool and hot tub equipment.
What we did
- Wired the new home from rough-in to final inspection
- Installed the panel and circuits in the mechanical room
- Wired the inground pool equipment: pump, sand filter and heater, with the runs in conduit along the wall
- Ran the dedicated circuit and disconnect for the hot tub
- Bonded and grounded the pool and hot tub equipment to code
